Request Recovery CDs for Preloaded Point-of-sale Systems
If you have purchased an IBM Point-of-Sale system with Microsoft Windows XP Professional preloaded, you may be entitled to receive a preload recovery media. In case of data corruption or a hard drive failure, the recovery media can be used to restore the data to the manufacturer's original condition.
WEPOS Recovery CDs are orderable via machine specific feature codes and can not be fulfilled through this form.
To receive the preload recovery media, please fill out the following form and ensure that you complete ALL the required fields. Once your request is submitted and processed, you will be notified via e-mail and, if entitled, the media will ship directly to the shipping address that you indicated bellow.
Please note that these Recovery CDs are specific to IBM Point of Sale Terminals and will not work on any other system units or PCs. Requests for invalid systems will be automatically rejected without notification.
